Rennier Piñero

Cultural manager and choral singer. Currently he is the international events producer in the Madrid Youth Choir and singer in the ''Coro de Voces Graves de Madrid''. He has coordinated and participated in national and european tours with both choirs and won awards in intenational choral competitions.

He holds an MA in Cultural Management from the Complutense Musical Sciences Institute of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He then recieved the Iberescena Grant and participated if the DEA course ''Project Management for Progress''. He graduated in 'Project Formulation, Management and Evaluation'', dictated by the Metropolitan University.

He was a singer of the Schola Cantorum of Venezuela, a choir with which he participated in numerous tours in the US, Europe and Australia, performing in the most prestigious festivals, such as: Tanglewood Festival, Next Wave Festival of the Brooklyn Academy of Music (New York, 2002) and the Sydney Festival in 2003. He also participaed in presentations at the Lincoln Center of New Yok, the Rose Theater and in the London Barbican in 2006. As a techical director, he worked with the choir Cantus Firmus, participating in international festivales including the 1st ASIA AND THE PACIFIC CANTANT FESTIVAL in China, Taiwan. He has also coordinated the Mediterranean Office for Choral Music in Barcelona (Europa Cantat-MCC).

As well as a cultural manager, he works as an actor and scene director. He is an actor in the The Cross Border Project Theater Company and a member of the Regola dei Laudesi investigation program which takes place in the Regula contra Regulam Theater in Italy, directed by Raúl Iaiza. He is cofounder and the artistic director of ''Colectivo Fisión Escénica'' and has collaborated with the Classical Theater National Company of Spain, Ur Theater, Teatre Lluire, Friends of the Opera Association of Aranjuez, Amalgama Productions, Emigrario Theater, Trampolin Theater, etc.
